The Interiors Series
Each of the packs in the Interiors Series is a single room (or other environment) containing all the figures and props in one file. Every scene is self-contained and loads as a single file with everything pre-positioned and ready to use. Lighting is included, and the figures and props are available separately in the library, and can be loaded as extras or used in other scenes.
The basic room module is a 600x600cm room with walls, floor, ceiling as posable body parts which can be switched off/on. By maintaining the same measurements (or multiples of them), it will be possible to fit rooms together, or use walls and doors from one scene with another. All figures and props are built to real-world scale and can be interchanged between scenes, or used with other products made to a similar scale, for example, the Home One Products. As the series grows, the packs will cover as wide a variety of situations as possible.
Interiors #5 - The Empty Room
This is the 5th pack in the Interiors series - an abandoned and run-down room. The previous owners have moved out and the room has been left empty, stripped of wallpaper, windows broken by kids, and only a few pieces of old furniture left behind. The room has an entrance door, an alcove with shelves which can be moved to any position, and 8 posable windows. The wall textures can be interchanged (see Notes below).
The pack includes a dressing-table with posable mirror and drawers, and a 'broken' morph to tilt the mirror off its axis. Poses are included to tilt the mirror, tilt the whole unit and remove one leg, place a drawer on the floor, or restore the default settings.
Props include a broken bed frame, stool, a fireplace with separate grate and drawer, and a wall painting on canvas. Lighting (artificial and sunlight) is included with the pack.
Recommended camera Focal Length = 25-30mm.
Each wall has 2 material zones (1 & 2) and 2 textures. Material 1 is for the left side of each wall (looking at the wall) and Material 2 for the right. For example, to apply the left wall textures on wall_front, you would apply 'IE1_wall_left1' to material 'wall_front1' and 'IE1_wall_left2' to 'wall_front2'.
For greater detail when working up close, wall textures can also be used in the Bump or Dislacement channels by placing the original texture in the appropriate channel.
