Product Notes

* Millennium Beard
Because there are so many, the MAT-MOR poses are divided into several differently colored groups. Each group represents a different set of poses that share a common feature.

Yellow = Color, Map and Transparency (global)
White = Lambchops, +Mustaches, +Goatees, +Van Dyckes
Orange = Muttonchops, +Mustaches, +Goatees, +Van Dyckes
Purple = Pointed Sideburns, +Mustaches, +Goatees, +Van Dyckes
Teal = Square Sideburns, +Mustaches, +Goatees, +Van Dyckes
Dark Grey = Long Square Sideburns, +Mustaches, +Goatees, +Van Dyckes
Red = Wide Sideburns, +Van Dyckes
Blue = Full Beards, Mostly Full Beards, Partial Beards +Goatees
Green = Goatees Only
Maroon = Mustaches, +Goatees

The icon will show what you'll get. Due to the complexity of the material groups and transparency map combinations, each of the provided MAT-MOR poses will adjust all the necessary settings to make the selected beard look like the library icon.

As a result of file size and bandwidth concerns, the remainder of this product (which IS REQUIRED for ANY of the MAT poses to work) is available from the product page as an updater. The core files (the ones this readMe came with) must be installed prior to attempting the updater(s), otherwise they will fail to install; the updater checks to see that the files do indeed exist and are the correct files.

The updaters contain between them:
1 Texture Map (2000 x 1583), 44 Transparency Maps (2000 x 1583)

This figure is intended to be conformed to Michael. This figure, as with any other figure using Full Body Morphs, is susceptible to “crosstalk” in the BODY group. This can be used to your advantage, or you can use the “Millennium Null” linked from our site to prevent it. More information regarding the null and crosstalk can be found in our FAQ section.

* Michael 2 Clothing Pack
In your Poser Library, in the Poses/DAZ MAT Michael Clothing 2 tab, you will find several new icons. These files were built to make options within the clothing pak items easy use. In helping you understand what each of the files do, and forgoing any guesswork on your part, we would like to offer you some insight on the naming conventions used and the function of a few of the files.

There are a total of 28 files just for the BodySuit alone: * BodySuit Clear Maps - As the name implies, this clears any texture maps applied to any materials within the BodySuit * BodySuit Ks Gloss - Sets the highlight of the entire BodySuit to simulate the look of latex * BodySuit Ks Matte - Adjusts the highlight of the entire BodySuit to simulate the look of neoprene * BodySuit Map1 - Assigns BodySuitM1.jpg to all materials within the BodySuit (provided the texture maps are located in the “:Runtime:textures:DAZ:Clothing:Michael Clothing:” folder) * BodySuit Map2 - Assigns BodySuitM2.jpg to all materials within the BodySuit (again, provided the texture maps are located in the “:Runtime:textures:DAZ:Clothing:Michael Clothing:” folder) * BodySuit White - Turns all materials within the BodySuit white in color (frequently used when texture maps are assigned for fidelity purposes)
The remainder of the files utilize a naming structure that tries to be as descriptive as possible, yet not have names so long they can not be read in Poser. “BS” precedes all files that pertain to the BodySuit, “TRANS” is used to key you into the fact that these particular files deal specifically with Transparency Settings for the materials. The following codes are also used to better describe what each file does: * LS= Long Sleve * MS= Mid Sleve * SS= Short Sleve * TT= Tank Top * LL= Long Leg (pants) * SL= Short Leg * WS= Wetsuit * NN= No Neck * N= Neck - There are however a few that do not conform completely to this structure, as they do not require such lengthy descriptions.

An additional 11 files are provided for the Cargo Shorts: * Cargo Shorts Clear Map - Again, as the name implies, this clears any texture maps applied to the shorts

* Cargo Shorts Map - Assigns ShortsM.jpg to all materials within the Cargo Shorts (again, provided the texture map resides in the “:Runtime:textures:DAZ:Clothing:Michael Clothing:” folder)
The remainder of these files utilize a similar naming structure to that of the BodySuit. We've tried to be as descriptive as possible, while also not having the names so long they can not be read in Poser. “CS” precedes all files that pertain to the Cargo Shorts. “TRANS” is used again here for the same reason as above. The following codes are used to better describe what each file does: * NL= No Loops * NS= No Snap * NP= No Pockets * NSP= No Side Pockets * NBP= No Back Pockets - 6 of the remaining files, however, do not conform completely to this structure. They, only toggle off a single material… the one depicted in the icon.

And as if that weren't enough, we've included 10 files for the Sandals: * Sandals Clear Map - Again, this clears any texture maps applied to the Sandals * Sandals Map - Assigns SandalM.jpg to all materials within the Sandals (only if the texture map resides in the “:Runtime:textures:DAZ:Clothing:Michael Clothing:” folder) * Sandals Gold Buckles - Adjusts the object, highlight and ambient color settings to simulate gold buckles * Sandals Silver Buckles - Adjusts the object, highlight and ambient color settings to simulate silver buckles
*NOTE: Because the highlight (Ks) setting is alterd for each of the buckle materials within the sandal when the two files above are used, we suggest that you first apply the color of buckle you'd like and then the configuration for straps (below). Otherwise, once you render you'll see the highlight from the buckle.

The remaining 6 files utilize a similar naming structure to that of the BodySuit and Cargo Shorts. As with the others, we've tried to be as descriptive as possible without causing poser to go into convulsions. “SNDLS” precedes all files that pertain to the Sandals. And yet again, “TRANS” is used, for the same reason as above. The following codes are used with aims to better describe what each file does: * NHS= No Heal Strap (Strap2) * NFS= No Foot Strap (Strap1) * NTP= No Toe Piece * Note to P4 users:
Poser 4 users will need to convert several bump maps from .jpg files to use the P4 files properly.
