Thank you for purchasing the Stormguards.


In “LM Stormguards” of your Figures library and “MAT-LMStormguards” of your Pose Library and “LM Stormguards” of your Pose Library you will find new icons for loading the product.

Required Products: (any of the following) Michael 2, Victoria 2, Victoria 3.

This product uses MAT Pose files for changing the Material Settings.In all cases, “P4” will refer to Poser 4 and “PP” will refer to Pro Pak. Poser 4 users may need to convert several bump maps from .jpg files to use the P4 files properly. Please see http://www.daz3d.com/pages/faq/techtipsmain.html for more information on Your Poses library and MAT files.

Notes:

Victoria 2's and Stephanie's Morphs are contained within the same conforming figures. Victoria 2's Morphs begin with “V” whereas Stephanie Morphs begin with an “S”

If present in the item, the 'Stephanie' Morph must be set to 1 in conjunction with other Stephanie morphs for best results when using with Stephanie Figure.

The figures containing the 'Stephanie' Morph will fit her snugger if you apply the Stephanie morph at a dial setting of 1.

Victoria 3's Conforming Figures contain V3 in the name. Where applicable, the Left/Right Collar Up/Down JCM's have been included to work within Victoria 3's min/max Collar Up/Down range and should be automatically controlled by the parent figure(V3) except in Poser 5. Poser 5 users will need to manually adjust the dials. The Collar Up limit for V3 is 50…the clothing's dial should be set to 1 to match this. The Collar Down limit is -12…the clothing's dial should be set to -.24 etc.

The Morphs are set to fit Michael's, Victoria's or Stephanie's morphs at a dial setting of 1. Other dial settings below or above 1 will not result in an exact match. Combinations of morphs will not exactly match the corresponding combination.

Michael's hands and fingers must be turned off when using the gloves. This can be easily done by going into the heirarchy and unchecking the hands and fingers body parts.

MAT Files for P4 use BUM file format for the bump maps. If you are using Poser Propack, you may delete the files containing P4 in the name.

MAT Files for PP use JPG file format for the bump maps. If you are using Poser 4.03, you may delete the files containing PP in the name.

Bump Maps are provided in JPG format. Poser 4 users must convert the bump maps to BUM format prior to using the MAT Files. The figures initially load without any bump maps or textures applied.

These lines when present in poses for Michael will remove the subdivision material from his hip when that pose is applied. You will need to reapply the subdivision materials when this happens.

The MAT Files are saved as .PZ2 Files in your Pose Library. These work in the same way as any other Mat Pose File. To use them, select the figure in your scene that you wish to apply the materials to and double click on the MAT file you wish to use.

The Subdivision MAT Files are saved as .PZ2 Files in your Pose Library. These work in the same way as any other Mat Pose File except they affect the figure's body part. To use them, select the Figure (Michael 1 or 2, Victoria 1 or 2, Stephanie) in your scene and double click on the Subdivision MAT file you wish to use.

The Body textures for Victoria 3 work best with “Spandex” Full body morph set to 1.

The Pouches and Ammo props are included as additional accessories and were not made smart props. You may rescale and position/parent them to any of the figures in this pack to further customize the look of your Sentinel characters. For example, you can add small pouches onto the belt or harness, side pouches on the chap's legs, or ammo running along the belt or down the harness straps etc.

Textures for Victoria's Catsuit and Mike's Bodysuit were included to provide an alternative to the Body Armor or the Subdivision Mats.

All the Female's conforming clothing use the same textures and mat poses.
