Product Notes

  • For best results, zero Aiko before posing. (Poser: Window: Joint Editor: Zero Figure. D|S: Go to the Parameters palette, click on the arrow to the right, and go to Zero: Zero Figure Pose.)
  • The skirt works by using the movement handles. After conforming/fitting the skirt to Aiko, pose Aiko then select the shirt handle(s) closest to the area that is poking thru the leg and adjust the front-back, twist, and left-right dials. (In DS, the handles are hidden by default. To see them, go to the Surfaces palette, select the handles material, and set the opacity to 100%. Alternatively, the handles can be selected from the Scene tab as skirt, back, front, right, or left.)

Product Notes

LIGHTING
* Use large shadow maps on Shadow Enabled lights (1200+) to avoid blotchy or 'beaded' shadows.
* Use at least one fairly strong light to bring out the texture.
* Rotate your model relative to the lights for dramatically different effects.
RENDERING
* The MoochTail is optimised for the P4 render engine (in P4, 5 and 6).
FIREFLY
* All Firefly options work on this model, but renders may fail if Poser is over-loaded.
* The largest MoochTail texture is 2048 x 2048. All textures use the 'multiple of 2' rule for maximum efficiency within Poser.
* The following settings give nice renders:
* Production defaults plus Raytrace ON, Pixel Samples 9, Bucket 16, Bounces 1, Min Shading 0.1, Max Texture 2048.
* If the hair looks harsh, the Texture Filter and Post Filter soften it nicely.

  • In Poser, load Victoria 3, then in the pose library in the folder “Vega”, you will find the INJ morphs, and the MAT pose files to apply the textures.

IMPORTANT!- Because the head morph combines a custom morph with the DAZ morphs,the eyes are in a position to match and should be locked before any figure posing is performed,as this sometimes moves the eyes.If this does happen, the settings for Vegas' eyes are as follows:
