Everything is pretty much covered in the included PDF guide and please DO work through it for your first Prop and Figure hair conversion. It is an easy, friendly read with a lotta pictures :)

Thumber Product Notes
- GENERAL - This script creates a NWSThumber.ini file in your poserScripts/Netherworks/Thumber directory. This contains configuration settings. If you remove it, the script will be reset to defaults and it will be re-created. - Thumbnail Name - The default name for a Thumbnail file is simply “thumbnail”. You should change this to reflect the Thumbnail you're making. The script remembers the name used between sessions. You do not have to enter an extension, just the name will do. A .png file will be created. Be sure to change the name as you create new Thumbnail. Otherwise, Thumbnails you've already made WILL be overwritten. - Save Folder - The default save folder is set up as (Your Installation Path) plus Runtime/Libraries, using the default Runtime of your running version of Poser. You can manually change this directory if you'd like to. Poser 5 and Poser 6 users can also click on the “Save Folder:” button to browse for an existing folder instead. Python will return an all uppercase folder structure, but this should not affect anything when saving a Thumbnail. There is also a slight bug with Python and the open folder dialog. If a situation occurs where clicking “OK” doesn't appear to do anything simply click (or otherwise place your cursor) in the entry box right beneath “Directory Name”. - Default - This button will reset both the default Save Folder and Thumbnail Name. - Save Options? - Deselected by Default. Checking this Box will retain all the choices under “Options:” between sessions. If you futher change the options, it will remember this also. - OVERRIDE? - This overrides Thumber using the Poser 4 Render engine to make thumbnails and will use your existing selected Renderer (Preview, Firefly, Sketch) along with those options. - clear all - Clears all Options checkboxes. - reset - Resets all Options checkboxes to default settings (making a standard pose file). »> ADDING a link to your Python Palette You can, at your option, create one-click access to this script. 1. Firstly, backup you mainButtons.py script in the Runtime/Python/poserScripts directory. 2. Open mainButtons.py with a text editor 3. Find a “blank location” that looks something like this: poser.DefineScriptButton(6, “”, “…”) We're moreso looking at the “”, “…” part. 4. Change that from: “”, “…” To: “:Runtime:Python:PoserScripts:Netherworks:Thumber:Thumber.py”, “Thumber” 5. In our example that would now look like: poser.DefineScriptButton(6, “:Runtime:Python:PoserScripts:Netherworks:Thumber:Thumber.py”, “Thumber”) 6. Save mainButtons.py

23,June,2009 - Updated to correct an issue with one of the prop files was incorrectly referencing .OBZ files which caused errors while loading in DAZ Studio.
