The Sisters in Chaos are at it again, this time transforming Antje's dForce Phanie Dress into a Steampunk extravaganza! (With two darling short versions, and several options for sleeve and ruffle transparency). Of the 12 new textures, one is even a bit grubby, perfect for working around oily machinery, and the others are quite fancy and even over-the-top. We had so much fun playing with this pretty dress and creating new textures for it! We hope you have fun with it as well!
