She's Got Flair is a playful 3D outfit for Victoria 4. It comes with a layered dress, gloves, shoes and stockings, necklace, earrings and hat. There are two different plaid textures to choose from, and Unimesh Fits are included!

BONUS: Night and Day - features two additional texture sets: black lace or red polka dot.
