Product Information

Rock n Roll Extravaganza!

Rock Star Action for M5 features the Melody Man Classic FS Electric Guitar. These poses were inspired by Golden Age Rock n Roll Guitarists; Jimi Hendrix, Pete Townshend, Keith Richards, Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page, Joan Jett, and others.

There are 30 dynamic and dramatic guitar playing poses for Michael 5. All poses feature accurate playing positions of the hands. Included are 23 matching guitar poses, as well as 30 lower body partial poses for each guitarist. There are chord variations within the set.

Combine a full body pose with any of the 30 lower body partial poses to get well over 800 variations. Then twist and bend the torsos and heads to easily create thousands of new stage poses. Add your favorite expressions for singing guitarists.

FREE BONUS from Melody Man:
Air Guitar Action is within your grasp. As a special bonus 4 new guitar MATs for creating Air Guitar simulations are included. Air Guitar textures feature four different degrees of invisibility and light refraction.

There are a total of 83 poses for your electric guitar playing pleasure.

The Guitar props easily snap into place.

Player, guitar, and partial poses are divided into sub-folders for easier management.

The Ultimate Guitar Star Action!

Additional Details

  • Figure poses were designed with nude and barefoot models. Adjustments may be needed depending on the clothing used.
  • Attach the Guitar to the posed Player's Chest as its Parent.

Apply the matching pose for each guitar and it will snap into place.

  • Some guitar poses fit a few different V5 & M5 player poses. Some can obviously be matched by Library icons. If one guitar pose does not fit try another similar one. There are only a few to try.
  • Attach the Pick to the Players’ Right Thumb 3, the thumb-tip.
  • Partial poses of lower body are in a sub-folder. Applying partial poses results in hundreds of pose variations. Not all partial poses and full poses are perfectly compatible and may need adjustments when combined. M5 and V5 Rock Star partial poses can be interchanged. Some adjustment may be necessary.
  • Air Guitar MATs are located in the DAZ Studio Props folder. Props/Simon3D/Melody Man/Air Guitar Mats.
  • There are four levels of “invisibility” among the air guitar MATs:
    • The Phantom material is barely there, just a hint of a guitar.
    • The Ghost material is ethereal, obvious but misty.
    • The Glass material shows an obvious, but translucent guitar.
    • The Trans material is transparent, with some obvious details. The clear plastic effect also bends the light.
  • The Air Guitar samples shown in the popups are illuminated with one straight-on light and a few bottom bounce lights. The effects of the air guitar materials are affected by the intensity, color, angle, and position of the main light. Experiment with your light set-up to achieve the desired overall effect. Possibilities are infinite.
