The Summer Tree House is an interior / exterior set. It includes an unfurnished preloader and a fully furnished preloader. Both preloaders contain the full Tree House, the 4 trees it is mounted to, a beautiful front deck, an upper outside deck accessible by ladders, a living area, a kitchenette area with refrigerator / ice maker, a sitting area, a sleeping loft area and ceiling fan.

The furnished preloader also comes with a king size bed with pillows and a bedspread, 2 nightstands, 2 double chairs, an eating table, 2 twin beds with pillows in the sleeping loft, wall clock, microwave and toaster.

Each furniture prop can be loaded individually as well.
