This addon set updates the original Library product with all new Iray materials. In addition, the 3D scene file as used in the promo artwork is also included. Please note that the original Library is required for use and be sure that you are using the latest version of it.

Below is a list of the installation package types provided by this product. The name of each package contains a Package Qualifier, which is used as a key to indicate something about the contents of that package.

Not all installation packages provide files that are displayed to the user within the interface of an application. The packages listed below, do. The application(s), and the location(s) within each application, are shown below.

• You can find new icons for loading this product in the following DAZ Studio Folders:
  • “Environments:Architecture:The_Library:Materials:Iray”
  • “Environments:Architecture:The_Library:Scenes:Iray”

• You can find new icons for this product in the following DAZ Studio Categories:

Notes:

• The set features Iray materials for The Library. As such, this is required for use (link to product http://www.daz3d.com/the-library)
• The same file structure is kept from the original version, so existing scenes can be updated to the Iray shaders by simply replacing the materials using the material settings provided.
• Also included are 5 scripts to quickly select the lights. They can be found in the The_Library\Materials\Iray folder with a ! prefix.
• There is an update to the original Library product too, so if you have downloaded the original set prior to May 2016, please ensure you are using the latest version. Please bear in mind that it will break any saves you have made, since the original data files are changed. So if you require backwards compatibility with existing save data please back up your files first.
• For Iray scenes, please ensure you disable the setting 'Ignore when opening a scene file' under Render Settings if you wish to load the settings contained in those scenes (ie whatever settings I personally use for that particular scene)
