Pantomime is a unique approach to posing and animating figures in DAZ|Studio. Pantomime uses a series of custom editor templates to streamline access and control of different aspects of the characters by presenting buttons that can not only select, but also manipulate single or groups of controls that are most commonly used for posing and animating. Pantomime gives you everything you need to pose your characters without needing to switch views or zoom into to those hard to reach areas of your scene. You can get to everything you need right from the custom editor.
This novel approach to the character animation user interface simplifies the complex and sometimes tedious task of manipulating the dozens or even hundreds of controls needed to make your models come alive. Pantomime provides access to everything you need from one simple interface. Pantomime speeds up your most time consuming tasks, and make animating your characters and giving them professional looking body and facial expressions easy, fun and completely interactive. Pantomime makes even the most complex scenes easy to set up, and makes figure posing more play than work.
Pantomime comes with standard templates for manipulating body, hands, and facial expressions. If you want to create your own custom editing template, or modify the ones you're currently using, simply select the tab editor function from the pull down menu. You can make changes to the existing custom editing tabs, or create your own. When you're finished, just close the tab editor, and you can use you new or modified tabs immediately without missing a beat. The custom tab editor make creating and adjusting your work environment a fully integrated part of your posing and animating process.
