SBRM Optics provides the highest quality binoculars and spotting scope for Victoria 4's outdoor adventures. Both the binoculars and scope do close to everything you'd expect them to do in real life. The scope's tripod swirls, raises and lowers and can even telescope its legs. The binoculars with strap conform to Victoria 4's neck; the strap is built with 10 sections of curve joints so it can easily raise to eye level for catching that rare sighting.
