C3D Neighborhood XPack 1 is the first expansion to the Collective3d Neighborhood, adding a corner lot that features a full interior-exterior house and garage.

The house is patterned after an authentic 1920s kit house floor plan and features a basement, 3 bedrooms, and a finished attic, as well as a garage with a workshop. The dining room features a build-in bench seat that opens to reveal a storage area. All windows and doors are articulated. Every wall in every room can be individually hidden to allow easier camera access.

Also included are the trees, shrubs, mailbox, and street sign as depicted. Kitchen appliances available separately.
