Light up the jungle night with this bundle of stunning epiphytic climbing and trailing flowering cactus plants!
The Queen Of The Night Cactus (Selenicereus grandiflorus) has attained almost mythological status among botanists and lovers of exotic plants!
Hailing from Mexico and other parts of Central America, this rather stringy cactus grows as a climber and trailer with its roots in hollows of tree branches and stones, or scrambling over objects, and is utterly unremarkable until the one night of the year that the huge scented blooms open! Then it truly earns its name and legendary status!
Fifteen individual flowering and non flowering models of plants, some growing around tree trunks some hanging free with their pivot point high above the ground and some flat to the ground, enabling you to make them scramble over almost anything or have a ready made support, plus an individual and high resolution flower model for individual placement and close up use. Two flower coloring material presets, two different tree bark options (palm and bleached wood) mean you can give the models a little bit more variety with the click of a button.
As always a little goes a long way: with slight adjustments in y rotation and scale will make one model and its instances look like many. Remember the pivot points on some plants are above the ground (see tip notes) and some models load slightly off center to allow them to rest against an object more easily (again it's in the tip note), making this bundle really easy to use.
Hang them off trees or rocks, drape them over the ground, join different plants together to make really big canopies of flowers and stems, and use the individual high resolution flower model for close up and macro shots.
