Need to update your product? DAZ not only creates secure installers or zip files for both PC and MAC platforms, but we'll also update your product page info, images and even the installers whenever it's necessary.

DAZ 3D offers an Exclusive Licensing Agreement to all artists whose submitted work is accepted. This agreement contains arrangements for a 50% royalty to be paid to the legal licensor/artist each month. This agreement requires that the artist's licensed products be sold exclusively by DAZ 3D, Inc. via DAZ 3D's online store. Please contact the DAZ 3D publishing Department via pa@daz3d.com for further information regarding such an agreement.

DAZ 3D offers Bonuses - The top 15 artists each month receive a 15% bonus, the top 16-30 Artists receive a 10% bonus. This is based on the previous 3 months of sales.

DAZ 3D will also offer the following services as listed below:

DAZ 3D will create and provide installers for all products (we will be moving to zip files for installers).
DAZ 3D sells and protects all products under an end-user license agreement. We employ agents to monitor and enforce that this EULA is respected.
DAZ 3D will take orders for products online, by phone, and/or by mail, and accept payment by credit card, check, or money order.
DAZ 3D will deliver products online.
DAZ 3D will handle all customer support via email and phone. (Domestic customers can use the toll-free support line).
DAZ 3D will pay the licensor 50% of the net revenue from the licensor's product(s). Any models built off of existing DAZ Production geometry (including “Poser 3” and “Poser 4” content) cannot be legally distributed or sold. Under DAZ 3D's publishing program, any such hybrid meshes will be considered on a case by case basis for a lower percentage split.
Royalty payment may be made via check, or wire transfer (fee applies to wire transfer) monthly or Paypal twice a month.

DAZ PA's will be able to promote their products in the most popular DAZ forum “The Commons”. All other commercial posts will be restricted to the new “Commercial Products” forum. DAZ PA's can also promote in the Commercial Products forum.

The Details

Unless otherwise notified by the artist, DAZ 3D will include an email address as contact information of each artist. - Any links to an artists’ web page(s) must be submitted to pa@daz3d.com in order to be posted.
The Licensor must submit product(s) in a condition ready to deliver to end users, (i.e.: the licensor must ensure that the product has been beta-tested) and provide fixes when applicable.
The Licensor or DAZ 3D may choose to end the publishing agreement at any time.
The Licensor must provide a mailing address and current email in order to receive important announcements and documents from DAZ 3D.
The artist must abide by all terms and conditions as listed within the Exclusive Licensing Agreement for these services to be guaranteed.
