• Fixed first use account naming; use “Account” instead of “account”
• First use widget visibility and styling fixes

Install Manager : Incremented build number to 1.0.1.84

• Tweaked advanced filter parsing to be more dynamic
• Tweaked the “Package Files…” and “Installed Files…” menu item labels; added a “Show” prefix to clarify purpose (i.e. show package contents vs create a package)
• Fixed the enabled state of the “Show Order…” menu item; enabled state is now based on having a valid order number

Install Manager : Incremented build number to 1.0.1.85

• Fixed Carrara native content install on Mac; should install in the Carrara.app folder within the mapped application folder, not in the application folder itself as on Win

Install Manager : Incremented build number to 1.0.1.86

• 2013-09-16
