One of the fundamental infrastructures of a modern city,  the Storm Sewer system redirects excess rain water deep below the city streets above away from the city core back towards the outlying areas where it can cause less damage.  
&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;
Storm Sewer Runoff provides a full 3D  section of a modern concrete water tunnel and culvert complete with runoff basin.  There are various access points,  including platform, ladder,  operable sewer grate in a partially enclose lane, and culvert.  The water level can be easily adjusted up or down in the y axis to offer visual options in the tunnel.  The steel bars that restrict entrance through the culvert opening conveniently have built in bend morphs for the more adventurous who ignore the danger signs. The runoff basin has its own water plane,  that can also be raise or lowered or removed from view.  The rocks,  bushes and grass cluster surrounding the basin are included.   
&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;
Plenty of material zone allow the artist to hide certain walls and fixtures for both camera placement options and visual variety.  
&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;
The entire set is parented and can be resized to add to the claustrophobic effect.   Two light sets are included,  one interior and one exterior.  There are also plenty of camera angle presets provided to get you started off quickly moving around this lengthy set.
