Product Information

Mesh maps for Genesis 9 can be automatically generated from 3D painting software, but often, these maps contain artifacts that become visible when layer effects or materials are applied.

This collection of maps is designed to facilitate a smoother transition of effects.

They are seamless, enhancing your workflow in 3D painting programs significantly.

While some maps are optimally generated by the 3D software, this package includes them to streamline your process and eliminate the need for you to bake them again. Simply load the texture map sets, and they're ready to use.

Textures included in 4096 x 4096 .png format:

Normal Base

Ambient Occlusion

Position

Thickness

World Space Normals

This product requires some knowledge of digital painting software to use effectively. A 3D painting program like Substance Painter is required.

This package includes maps for the head, torso, arms, legs, nails male and female anatomical elements only.

All maps are derived from the base mesh, so details like pores, wrinkles, etc., are not included.

You'll need to “connect” the texture set to the corresponding channels in your 3D painting program.

These are Merchant Resources, allowing you to use them as part of your creation process for skin textures for your commercial characters.
