This package contains a contemporary, near-future, Tokyo inspired high-street. The set focuses on a long length of road, enclosed by buildings, and then smart instancing is used to expand the background and fill out the skyline. Buildings and props can be loaded independently, and the main scene contains cameras and lighting baked in. Simply load in the scene, add your characters and you're good to go. A lot of aliasing and re-use has been used to keep VRAM usage way under 12gb, and some buildings can even be stacked to give a taller skyline should you wish.
