Product Information

Following the success of GVP Chest Smoothing Morphs for Genesis 9, Volume 2 is bigger and better than ever!

This new package of morphs has been created using a cloth simulation technique for extra realism, adding 41 additional figure shapes.

As with the first set, these aren't projection morphs - they're applied directly to the figure. This provides the following benefits:

Morphs can be used with geometry shell (geoshell) clothing, avoiding the shrink-wrap effect in the chest area.

As this is a merchant resource, morphs can be used by vendors in their clothing products, to build realistic draping across the chest.

These morphs can also improve dForce simulation and autofit results when used correctly - see readme for more info.

Additional Details

* Usage Tips:

  • The smoothing morphs while designed for specific shapes may be used with other shapes, however complete compatibility is not guaranteed.
  • Primarily designed for use with geoshell-based clothing, they can be used with dForce and autofit with some manual tweaks, as set out below.
  • Results will vary based on how tight fitting/loose the clothing is and size of the chest. Morph values transferred to clothing may need tweaking and use of the smoothing modifier may be necessary.
  • You may find that enabling body HD morphs of certain figures will result in undesirable creasing around the chest which will transfer to clothing.
  • For geoshell clothing you will instead need to use the normal maps included with the figure. For 'actual' clothing you may need to disable the body HD morph transferred to clothing by enabling 'Show Hidden Properties'.
  • dForce
  • For best results do a timeline simulation with default Genesis 9 at frame 0 and your desired figure morph with respective GVP morph applied at last frame.
  • The benefit of dForce is that after simulation you can disable the GVP morph on the figure, which is great for semi transparent clothing where more chest skin is visible and 'unibreast' isn't desirable.
  • After doing this, you must enable 'Show Hidden Properties' and re-enable the GVP morph on the clothing.
  • Autofit
  • Fit your clothing using the most appropriate autofit template and then apply the relevant GVP morph to your figure. This will transfer the GVP morph to the clothing.
  • After doing this, you must enable 'Show Hidden Properties' so that the morph transferred to the clothing can be disabled. This is necessary because autofit cumulatively applies the figure and GVP morphs, causing a bulge in the chest.
  • Merchant Resource
  • As mentioned in the product description, this is a merchant resource. You can dial the GVP morphs alongside their respective figure morph, export the combined morph and use this new morph as an avatar or morph target.
  • You can then sculpt and/or drape your clothing to the new shape, thus creating a new base shape for the clothing or a 'bridged' clothing morph.
  • You can't distribute the morphs as is, e.g. as part of an alternative chest smoothing product. Derivative works must be substantially different to be regarded as new work.
  • For example - you're creating an alien character with a 'unibreast'. You can include a GVP morph as a starting point, but the final body morph must be substantially different.
