Additional Details

  • This is a vey intensive set set with many dials. Please be sure to try all dials to help with Poke thru. There is a Hide Feet and Hide Body MAT if you wish to forego the dials on the suit and boots.
  • Usage Tips and Limitations
    • Please keep in mind that you might have some pokethrough when using multiple morphs. This applies especially to FBM plus fit morphs for suit and corsage plus fix morphs.
    • The Suit
      • The Shadowcaster outfit consists of several conforming figures. Especially the suit has a number of fix and adjustment morphs to control pokethrough which might occur after posing V4.
      • Do not forget to magnetize the conforming outfit parts to V4 after conforming and posing! In DS you won't have to to this.
      • When using the 'open' morphs of the suit, your zipper will tend to disappear or fly away, so it might become difficult to include it into the scene. For this event, I have created a pose to make the default zipper invisible
    • The Corsage
      • By default, the corsage will fit V4 without suit and corsage. You will find two adjustment morphs to fit it over the suit and corsage under the morph category 'Special'.
      • A number of adjustment and fix morphs were provided to make it easier to adapt the corsage to V4.
      • The corsage comes with morphing back ribbons for added realism. You can move the ribbons almost independently.
    • The Coat
      • The coat will fit V4 without suit by default. However, you can adapt it to suit and corsage with the help of various adjustment and fix morphs under the morph category 'Special'
      • When using the coat together with the corsage, best use the 'Flatten straps' morphs of the corsage (under the morph category 'Special') to deflate the strap ends. This way they will fit under the coat. Also, the 'Ribbons gone' morph can be used to fit the corsage underneath the coat.
      • The coat also was set up with a separate 'coat' body part and sides to allow you greater flexibility when posing the figure.
    • The Bracers
      • As all the other items, the 'Fit over suit' morph can also be found in this figure (under the 'Special' morph category).
      • The bracers also come with a couple of adjustment and fix morph which will make their handling a bit easier.
    • The Boots
      • The boots come with a 'Fit over suit' (under morph category 'Special') morph as all the other items. Use this to expand the shaft to fit over the suit.
      • Also, I have provided a utility pose for V4's feet to hide them, should you get pokethrough when posing.
      • Please note that the boots are not set up to handle excessive toe bends well. I set the limits inside these body parts, because you will get mesh tearing when overbending the toes. Boots like these don't handle toe movement very well in real life, so this setup was created to reflect such behavior.
      • For best results, conform the boots to a V4 with zeroed joints and removed IK. I have provided utility poses for both.
      • The boots come with morphing lace ends for added realism. You can move the ribbons almost independently.
