High gloss, high polish, high shine! DG Shader Essentials 2 is a collection of glossy surfaces for ceramics, figurines, furniture, jewelry, lamps or any other surface requiring high shine and reflection. There are 110 DAZ Studio presets in all including lacquered wood, glazed ceramic, polished stone, art glass and metal overlay. Most shader tiles are unique, not simply recolored, with bump maps and surface settings customized for each tile to give the best results. Most tiles are 2000 X 2000 to show surface detail on close up renders.

Luxus for DAZ Studio optimized materials are included in the existing .DUF files for most presets.

Additional Details

  • If you are getting “Fireflies” or “Artifacts” on render please ensure that you are not using the “Deep Shadow Map” option for the shadows on your lights. “Raytraced (Software Only)” will give a more realistic render but may increase your render times.
