• Make sure to set the Limits OFF before using the poses.
  • Load the figure of your choice, locate the pose-folder and apply any pose you would like to use.
  • How to set Limits off: Load your figure, make sure you are in the “Pose & Animate” window, then select the pelvis.
  • Go to the upper menu “Edit-Figure-Limits-Limits Off” ,now apply one of the poses.
  • The poses were especially optimized for Olympia. If you prefer to use another Body Shape, the poses may need a little adjustment.
