Additional Details

* Tips for using Jepe's BeddingZ

  • BeddingZ are built to fit to Jack Tomalin's Deco Bed 1's frame and mattress, with adjustments you can also use other 3d bed models. I would suggest to start loading the bed frame and mattress first, then your main male character. Apply one of the 15 figure poses. Load the according bedding set of that pose into your scene → right mouse click on the preview thumb scene file for merging the set into your scene. Set 1 is for Pose 1-5, set 2 is for pose 6-10, set 3 is for pose 11-15. The BeddingZ sets will load with their default drape. You will find drape morphs for every according pose in the parts of the bedding set, (Set 1 - cushions and cover, set 2 - cushions and duvet, set 3 - cushions, duvet and cover.) Dial in the drape morphs for the pose you've used on every part of the set, leave all other dials at zero.
  • With the single or all parts of the set selected you can also apply 5 different texture sets to the “BeddingZ” via UberSurface MAT files in DAZ Studio or custom velvet material files for Poser 9++. You can make cushions invisble by setting the opacity to zero in the surface tab/material room, be aware of that cushions and covers have a front and back side that can be textured individually.
  • If you want to move the bed with your character and bedding to another position in your scene, parent all parts and figures to the bed's frame first. You can then move the bed frame and character and bedding will follow.
