Grunge Pack includes 37 material presets to add rust, grungy dripping liquid or both to the Sci Fi Prison Corridor. There are three categories: Rust, Grunge and Ultra Grunge.

You can add the effects to the walls, ceiling, floors etc separately or add it to the entire scene. The cell doors can also have the grunge effects applied. There is a preset for each cell door in each of the three categories.

The grunge effects are applied using the Layered Image Editor (LIE) which gives you more control over the look of textures without leaving the DAZ application. By using the Surface Select Tool, after applying a grunge texture you can select the material of a wall or floor etc and use the LIE to edit the opacity and size and location of the grunge.

This is a great add-on to Sci Fi Prison Corridor which can totally change the feel or mood of your renders.

• This product uses the Layered Image Editor (LIE) to place the grunge textures. This is done to make it easier to customize the textures to your needs.
• Be aware that it may take a few moments to load the grunge textures depending on your system, PLEASE be PATIENT. Once the textures have loaded there should be very little to no drag on the system.
• You can edit the texture position, scale and opacity using the LIE - Here's how:
  • Load up the Sci Fi Corridor Scene Subset.
    • Load the ALL LIGHTS preset under Light Presets in the Sci Fi Prison Corridor folder.
    • Click anywhere on the screen to select the Corridor object (DO NOT CLICK a CELL DOOR)
    • Now open the Grunge Pack folder then select the Grunge folder
    • Double click the GRUNGE ALL thumbnail to load it - BE PATIENT
    • Once the grunge is visible, click on the Surface Select Tool and select the wall directly in front of you.
    • Now open the Surface Tab and click the small icon next to the word Diffuse
    • Click on Layered Image Editor
    • Click Zoom to Fit at bottom of LIE.
    • Now you can play with opacity, blend mode, position and scale.
    • Always make sure the “Grunge Layer” is selected before changing settings.
    • When finished click Accept.
    • Repeat on any surfaces until happy with your results
