The classic college dorm room required students to share the accommodations. It was expensive enough to pay for going to school, even more difficult to find a room mate you could live with.

Atleast you could decorate the walls to make it a little more personal. And the furniture was included. Student desk and chair, a comfortable single twin bed as well.

Posters can easily accept custom artwork. Plenty of material zones, allow customization. Includes the second smaller dorm room across the hallway allowing for larger scene, and enterting and exiting shots. The doors and the windows are functional and open and close. The drawers on the desk open and close individually as well. The books, paperbacks and binders are also included. Full scene preloads for Daz Studio Iray and Daz Studio 3Delight. All props seen in promos are included.

Also include the optimized lightset and materials for both render engines of Daz Studio, delivering the ready to render scene as seen in the promos. Add characters as you're good to go back to school.
