Parkside Loading Bay Clean is a throwback to better times for the building. It's original look is a great companion to the grungier original and can be used for before/after shots, or simply as a contemporary interior. Also included are the Iray and 3Delight scene files as used in the promo artwork. As it is a texture addon the original Parkside Loading Bay is required for use. Poser and Daz Studio compatible.

Notes:

• The set is a texture addon for the Parkside Loading Bay and as such is required for use.

• Scene files as used in the promos have been included, which are located in Scenes\Iray\Promos and Scenes\3Delight\Promos respectively.

• Elements like the cart, pallet truck, shelves, doors, all have parts which can be adjusted, just check the figure parts for the various elements (wheels can be rotated, shelves moved, doors open and close)

• Emissive surfaces such as lights, are denoted by the suffix E. Lights without this suffix are essentially 'off'.
