Additional Details

  • GRAFT HIDE OPTIONS!
  • General Morph Types
  • The skirt and drapes of this product load with a selection of morphs and control dials designed to help you with fitting and posing it. The morph categories are as follows:
  • • Adjustments: Alter shape and fit of a piece.

  • How to work with the Mosaic Outfit and dForce
  • If you want to set up a dForce simulation, please take the following steps:
  • 1. Load G8F into your scene
  • 2. Apply your chosen wearable preset to G8F
  • 3. Set up an animation with 31 frames (you can raise this value if you want the dForce compliant parts to settle and drape fully)
  • 4. In frame 1, set a keyframe (click on the little key icon with the plus symbol inside, to the far right end of the bottom icon bar) with Genesis in default pose and your freshly loaded simulation ready wearables preset
  • 5. Go to frame 10, select a pose for Genesis, then add a new keyframe in pose 10
  • 6. Go to the Simulation tab inside DAZ Studio and change the following default settings: Start Bones from Memorized Pose - OFF, Frames To Simulate: Animated (Use Timeline Play Range), Collision Mesh Resolution: Viewport
  • 7. Hit the “Simulate” Button!
  • A few dForce Tricks
  • When simulating several pieces at once - like the skirts and drapes - you might experience some collision and clipping. In this case, try to change the collision item of a top layer of clothing to the underlying piece. For example, let the drape collide with the skirt. To set/reset a collision item, go to the parameters tab of your selected outfit piece, navigate to the „Collision“ section and select the desired item in the pulldown menu.
  • Also, you can try to simulate the pieces in stages. For example, first simulate the skirt, then freeze its simulation (check the option in the parameters tab of the outfit piece), then simulate the drape.
  • Using several outfit parts together
  • In case you want to combine different outfit pieces (for example the corset and the skirts), we have provided a couple of morphs to allow fitting and combining them as layers.
  • They are located un the section Actor/Morphs/Styles.
  • Customizing
  • The shoes load with specialized options to hide parts of the item.
  • You can either acces those options through the parameters tab and navigate to the General/Graft section.
  • A quicker way would be to use the provided utilities to hide/reset different parts of the shoes.
