The Pondbridge set includes a full 2 level wooden deck area complete with outdoor fireplace, sitting benches, an eating table, table props and benches for the table area. Interesting wooden light posts with hanging lanterns set a romantic and warm mood.

Pondbridge also includes a small pond area, a work area, storage area, grassy meadow area and a stream that runs between the two deck levels. Over 30 props which can be loaded into any scene + smart props for the eating table which snap directly to the table no matter where it is placed in the scene and 4 scene subsets to choose from.

• Pondbridge uses scattered instances (Ultrascatter Pro) for Grass, Daisies and Weeds.
  • Hiding the scatter groups in the Scene Tab will help improve viewport performance while editing the scene. Alternately, you may choose to load a Scene Subset which already has the scatter groups hidden, then unhide the groups according to your preference.
• To use the “Smart Props” for the Table, simply load the Table, position it where you want and load the “Smart Props” for the Table.
• There is also a “Smart Prop” for the Fireplace (located in the Smart Props folder) - select the Fireplace, then load “Fireplace Light Sphere” prop. This will load additional light emitting from the Fireplace as a prop (invisible in viewport) and parent the prop to the Fireplace.
