Filmic has been disabled by default - along with Denoising. This is to match it to our other scenes as closely as we can. That said, feel free to enable these features - both in the Properties Editor Denoise:

Render Layers (Top Right of the UI) - Enable Denoising. Default settings are fine. Filmic:
