Additional Details

  • Apply an HDRI preset from the Content Library and open your render settings.
  • In the 'editor' tab, go to the last in the list, Environment. These are the dials and settings to manipulate the dome.
  • Use the 'Dome Rotation Dial' to turn the sky left or right. The slider is in degrees, so '90' would be opposite of '270', and '0' and '360' are the same positions. You should see the effect in the Aux window in real-time, or nearly real-time.
  • You can also change the tilt with the Dome Orientation X, Y, and Z sliders. The Y is basically the same as the 'Dome Rotation Dial'. You can make changes in 10 degrees or so to see the effect.
