Additional Details

  • General Morph Types
  • The outfit parts of this product load with a selection of morphs and control dials designed to help you with fitting them. The morph categories are as follows:
    • Adjustments: Alter shape and fit of a piece.
    • Styles: Contains shaping morphs which are designed to allow you to use mulitple outfit pieces together.
    • ide-Show: Hide specific parts of an outfit piece to achieve a new look.
    • Controls: Controls movement and size of separate parts.
  • Please note that several outfit parts load with some morphs options already dialed in. This applies for the wearable preset which already has some style morphs activated. You can dial these back to customize the outfit pieces or to assure a better fit to your figure/pose.
  • The Infernis Outfit and dForce
    • How to work with the Infernis Outfit and dForce
      • 1. Load G9 into your scene; also load a plane primitive into your scene to act as a collision object for the floor
      • 2. Apply your chosen outfit piece to G9
      • 3. Set up an animation with 51 frames (you can raise this value if you want the piece or pieces to settle and drape more fully)
      • 4. In frame 1, set a keyframe (click on the little key icon with the plus symbol inside, to the far right end of the bottom icon bar) with Genesis in default pose and your freshly loaded simulation-ready wearables preset
      • 5. Go to frame 25, select a pose for Genesis, then add a new keyframe
      • 6. Go to the Simulation tab inside DAZ Studio and change the following default settings: Start Bones from Memorized Pose - OFF, Frames To Simulate: Animated (Use Timeline Play Range), Collision Mesh Resolution: Base
      • 7. Hit the “Simulate” Button!
  • For some scenes, you can try to reduce the Air Resistance values in the simulation settings (Simulation Settings tab, Environment Settings). This will help prevent the ballooning of the simulated parts and will also help them to settle on the figure earlier.
  • If you are using the skirt, veil or sleeves without their drape morphs, it is recommended to set the Initialization Time to a value between 0.5 and 1.
  • Managing the Pauldron, Skirtskull, and Neckjewel
    • Both these figures feature a rigid skull or jewel ornament which will not deform when you pose or morph your figure. All the mentioned accessories have been set up to not deform, and will in some cases need to be manually adjusted to your chosen pose or morph.
    • The pauldron figure loads with a number of control dials (found under Actor/Controls) to give you quick access to rotation and translation modifications.
    • The Neckjewel and Skirtskull will have to be selected in your scene and adjusted accordingly.
  • Emissive Options
    • The pauldrons and skirtskull ornament come with specialized material options which add an emissive glow to the skull cavities of the nose and eyes. The default wearables presets load without these emissive options, but they can be applied with the included custom materials.
