Mocap Live (Rokoko Edition) connects Rokoko Studio and Daz Studio for live and recorded Mocap! Use your Rokoko SmartSuit Pro with Smart Gloves and Face Capture to animate in Daz Studio.

Create unlimited animations, poses, and facial expressions. All animations are imported to the standard Daz timeline for post-work, collision correction, saving, export, etc. You can create a full animation sequence or capture a single-frame pose.

Rokoko has a free trial service for their computer motion capture Rokoko Vision, an alternative to purchasing a motion capture suit. Details at Rokoko Vision: Free AI Motion Capture Tool

You can also use animations from Rokoko's Motion Library. Any animation that can be streamed in Rokoko Studio can be imported.

Copy poses and expressions between all Genesis and most legacy and custom figures. Rokoko Studio is not required for animation and pose copy. Just use a pose on a character, import the single pose frame, and then apply the pose to a completely different character. Nearly your entire pose library can be used on nearly all your characters regardless of generation!

Walk naturally across the floor without foot slide! Stand up from a chair or sit down! Mocap Live has natural movement where the pivot point is adjusted to be the foot on the ground so the hip node can move in free space.

Share your mocap recordings with other artists and collaborate on animation projects! Captured data is not character specific so any mocap can be applied to any mapped character.

Any (mostly) humanoid character with a hip node and a head node can be animated. This includes Cookie, Chip, Aiko, V4, M4, Genesis through Genesis 9, many robots, teddy bears, and bipedal dinosaurs. The real limit in the end is you have to move in the suit the way you want the character to move.

You can map new characters on the fly and adjust expression mappings. Morphs for mapping are read from the character so custom expressions will be available.

Initial mappings are included but are not required. Re-map any item you want to change.

Rokoko Studio installed with Live Stream enabled is required for creating Mocap body animation files.

Expressions can be done with Rokoko face capture linked through Rokoko Studio.

Expressions can also be animated using the free Mocap Live app on the Apple App Store.
