This tool provides you with a 3D manipulator gizmo in the viewport, at the origin of the primary selection, that can be used to rotate, translate and/or scale a node about the world axes, object axes, local axes or the viewing camera axes. The red components correlate to the X axis, the green components correlate to the Y axis, and the blue components correlate to the Z axis.
