Canary's Shaders - Needle Lace features 9 unique lace patterns based on public-domain 19th-century designs by renowned needlework expert Thérèse de Dillmont. For each pattern, there is a fabric-lined and an unlined version, with seamless and bordered options.

This set includes a wearable lace collar with versions for Genesis 9, Genesis 8 Male, and Genesis 8 Female. This collar is designed to showcase the bordered lace presets; it includes material presets for each of the lace patterns in lined and unlined versions, as well as three material presets that mix patterns and colors for a luxurious look.

The appearance of the bordered presets depends on the UV mapping of the model you use them with; they work best with models that have square or rectangular UV maps. I've included 4 directional options for each bordered map. The seamless presets work like any other patterned shader and will give good results with a wide range of UV shapes.

Color presets are included for the thread and lining fabric, as well as metallic-flakes presets for the thread. These feature a rainbow of colors in normal, pale, and vivid versions.
