You can apply the metal options (silver, silver-dirt, gold, light gold, antique and bronze) with the full material presets, while the rhinestones (ruby, rose, purple, green, amber/topaz/peach, aqua), can be applied separately with the partial material presets, so you can mix the styles to your taste. There are also included some patterns as partial presets, making the simple metal part more unique.

As a bonus, the earrings can be used as either a brooch or a pendant. For the latter, there are presets, whether you use them with the Bedazzled Jewelry Set necklace or any FK (Fabiana) necklace. (tutorial included)
