Product Information

Enhance your wardrobe with the dForce Dina Outfit for Genesis 9.

The top features a sophisticated cut-out neckline that creates the illusion of a matching tank and shrug.

Crafted from buttery soft jersey fabric, it boasts tonal fabric-covered buttons at the front for a touch of elegance.

The boat neck, long fitted sleeves, and cut-out detailing add to its chic design.

With a pull-on design and bodycon fit, this top effortlessly combines style and comfort for any occasion.

More options:

Choose from 20 sophisticated patterned and plain colors in various fabrics.

Adjustment morphs are included for a better fit.

The buttons are Rigid-Follow-Nodes and can be moved, scaled, re-sized or hidden.

A preset is added to hide the lace section, giving you an alternative option to wear the top.

Included is a dForce Simulation Setting that is designed for this outfit as well as a Tone mapping preset to bring out the colors of the fabric.

The outfit is designed to work with dForce but it works very well in conforming poses.

Paired perfectly with a matching skirt crafted from the same buttery soft jersey fabric, this skirt features a flattering high waist and a sleek, fitted silhouette that complements the top's bodycon fit.

The skirt's elegant design and comfortable wear make it a versatile addition to your wardrobe, ideal for both casual and formal settings.

Additional Details

  • Readme Notes:
  • General Morph Types
  • The Dina Outfit has morphs that are designed for better fitting.
  • Adjustments: Alter the shape and fit of a piece.
  • The Dina Outfit and dForce.
    • How to work with the Dina Outfit and dForce?
      • dForce is enabled but the dress performs very well in conforming poses.
  • To get the desired effect when working with dForce, I suggest the following:
    • 1. A special dForce simulation preset is included in the product. You can also use your own dForce simulation presets, if desired.
    • If you want to set up a dForce simulation, please take the following steps:
      • 1. Load Genesis 9 into your scene; also load a plane primitive into your scene to act as a collision object for the floor when you want to use sitting or lying poses.
      • 2. Make sure the plane has been subdivided.
      • 3. Apply the material preset that you want for the dress.
      • 4. Set up an animation with 61 frames (you can raise this value if you want the dress to settle and drape fully).
      • 5. In frame 1, set a keyframe (click on the little key icon with the plus symbol inside, to the far right end of the bottom icon bar) with Genesis 9 in default pose and your freshly loaded simulation ready wearables preset.
      • 6. Go to frame 60, select a pose for Genesis 9.
      • 7. Go to the Simulation tab inside DAZ Studio and change the following default settings: Start
  • Bones from Memorized Pose - OFF, Frames To Simulate: Animated (Use Timeline Play Range), Collision Mesh Resolution: Viewport
    • 8. Hit the “Simulate” Button!
  • Please make sure that there are NO intersections (poke through) between the individual pieces in frame 1 and your simulation end frame.
    • The Top and Skirt have presets to activate or de-activate the Smoothing Modifier. The smoothing modifier has been de-activated and can be turned on. It is very useful to cover small poke-through and to smooth the surface of the mesh.
