Love car paint shaders but wish they were more versatile?

Car Paint Pro builds upon the 'Car Paint - Orange Peel 3 Layer' Iray shader included with Default Resources (required), adding multiple extra properties:

Base Bump

Normal Map

Cutout Opacity

Displacement Strength

This massively extends its capabilities - clothing/fabric, hair and body paint to name but a few!

Also adds compatibility with the Iray Uber shader - when a Car Paint Pro preset is applied to a prop/figure using Iray Uber, the Base Color, Base Bump, Normal Map, Cutout Opacity and Displacement Strength maps and values will be transferred automatically.

100 car paint presets have been provided to get you started - please note that these do not set a base color/map, a non-white value is needed for the car paint effect to be visible.

This is by design so that the presets can be applied to items that already have a base color/texture specified, but 5 base tone presets have been included which can be used on their own or mixed with base maps.

All the shader preset preview icons were created with a black base color, which provides maximum visibility of flake layers. Experiment with different base colors as this will completely transform the result!
