VDB Animate - Aerial Fireworks is the perfect set for rendering big celebrations with a flurry of pyrotechnic colors! Using VDB Essentials to bring animated volumetric sequences to Daz Studio, you'll be able to fill your skies with beautiful mortar pops and sizzles.

Each type of mortar has 3 different variations to help increase variety, as well as separate density and temperature nodes for increased utility. Smoke can easily be disabled entirely for faster rendering and temperature emission is freely editable to change colors.

Along with the blasts are 6 different curved smoke trails and another 6 straight trails for providing the full firework effect. These trails can be mixed and matched with the mortars to build your own fireworks show.

Included is a full display of 12 mortars with trails in a 320 frame sequence, providing a quick loading show that's ready to render. Each part of this full display also comes as it's own preset, adding another 12 quick load options with their own trail and mortar.

POPS: - Pop mortars are traditional spherical fireworks with long glowing trails

SIZZLES: - Sizzle mortars produce numerous lights that zig zag randomly as they fade

FLOWERS: - Flower mortars are directional blooms that blast upward before falling

TWO STAGE: - Two stage mortars have an initial blast before expanding into numerous smaller pops

• Curved Trails are designed to allow for a mortar burst at frame 75.
• Straight Trails are designed to allow for a mortar burst at frame 40.
• The full display and trail mortar presets serve as good foundations for those interested in building their own sequences. Everything is done using the VDB Offset value in the surfaces tab. Looking at the VDB Offset for everything in the full display will give you an idea for how things are timed.
