Bring atmosphere and storytelling into your renders with the Abandoned Modular Industrial Loft Building Kit, a modular building kit designed for creating gritty interiors for your next post-apocalyptic comic or horror-themed render.

This collection includes modular wall tiles, window tiles, corners, ruined wall sections, rubble, HVAC pipes, lamps, and more. Populate your scene with a variety of detailed props such as battered chairs, wood palettes, racks, desks, a dirty couch, or even a worn tire. Each item is crafted to add character and depth. Some props include moving parts, like a trash can lid that tips or metal rack doors that open. To enhance the atmosphere, the pack includes three variants of ground water puddles that reflect the ruined interior and add eerie realism to your renders.

Pre-assembled building blocks are included for convenience, along with scene subsets to quickly add prop collections to your building design. For fast setup, the pack also comes with three pre-built scenes that are fully lit and ready to render. You can dive right in or mix and match the modular elements to design your own unique abandoned spaces. This asset pack is ideal for full interior creation or kitbashing with other sets.
