There is rigging in the skirt and in the Sleeves but due to the length of the dress and the intensity of the sleeves it is recommended to be used to tweak and adjust after simulation.

The sleeves have a custom rig to adjust the sleeve length before simulating to get the best possible result in your render.

Due to the sleeves being extreme it is recommended for poses to be more on the gentle and less extreme.
