LI The Magic Rug is a large modular construction prop and shading system built around making an asset’s UVs as seamless as possible, so materials can be shared and used across the entire product line.

The system is designed to let you mix, match, retexture, and expand using a foundational library of assets, textures, and preset functions that all work together.

LI The Magic Rug X - Cabinetry Pack 01 is simply some addional assets for the mix.

The beams will come in handy and so will the bencj tops.

I've also added a few additional assets into the mix as well like the shelfs and table parts.

I did add a 8K Seamless (8192×4096) Wood Material for this project too.

Theres enough room in the textures for you to customise the colors as I've added a few textures and some preliminary material presets.
