Simple, sleek and versatile with thickness.
The LI Neoprene Swimsuit 01 is designed for Genesis 9 and supports a wide range of feminine body shapes, backed by an extensive set of adjustment morphs to help dial in fit, style the outfit to fit.
This set includes two distinct versions of the swimsuit, both sharing the same morph system but offering different UV approaches depending on your workflow and desired result:
LI Neoprene Swimsuit 01 This version includes thickness, making it ideal for more solid, subsurface scattering rubber and plastic looks. It has overlapping an UV layout which is better designed for seamless tiling, making it particularly effective for materials like neoprene, latex, or plastic. I have provided 4 x seamless normal maps to help create a foundational material structure. LI Neoprene Swimsuit 01 X
A lighter, more texture flexible variation with the inner mesh and material groups removed. The UVs have been reworked into a standard layout, allowing for the use of displacement maps to create cloth folds, surface detail and accents. Here I have a provided 4 x fabric base materials that will allow for customization through the color channel. Plus I've added a cute little ribbon design for that extra detail. This has been set up through the overlay channel so it can be applied on top of any fabric base. NOTES:
The seamless fabric bases and normal maps provided will work on both assets but the 01 X Base Cotton, Fabric, Nylon, Suede and Displacement Maps are primarly designed for use on:
LI Neoprene Swimsuit 01 X Becuase of the mesh thickness, the base mesh has been designed sitting offsetted from Genesis 9 but many adjustment morphs have been provided to help control mesh placement. When creating the full body adjustment morphs, I took a lot of care to make sure the inner layer didn't colide with Genesis but there is always going to be a little bit of poke through pending pose and body shape. That be said, that inner close conatct to skin can help produce that plastic sticking to skin look.
Inside the texture folder, there is a simple grey displacement map. This can also be applied to the garment to add additional cloth thickness through the displacement parameters.
If you want to use Cloth Displacement Map and Nipple Displacement Maps togther, you can use the 'Layered Image Editor' to merge the maps or an external editor. Happy rendering!
