Shader Mixer provides many bricks that can be connected to create custom effects. Many are preset Functions that provide commonly desired output simulating Marble, Wood, etc. Others are used more to manipulate input, e.g. Tiler and Image Map. Any of these bricks can be plugged into a shader_network wherever an image would be accepted. They are often used to control Mix bricks, to combine multiple colors, images, or patterns.
All examples in this section consist simply of the brick plugged into a Diffuse brick connected to a Surface brick, unless otherwise specified. A sample scene using several texture bricks is provided in the Shader Mixer Sample Scenes folder.
